This class has been developed for folks that are new to Sporting Clays, or those looking to get back into the sport. The class is taught by our General Manager Logan McDowell and our Sporting Clays Course Director Andrew Swart. Both are accomplished clay shooters and hunters. They are great teachers and they make the class both informative and fun!

• Gun fitting
• Gun mount
• Stance
• Eye dominance 
• Follow through
• Swing through
• Hold point
• Break point
• Reading the birds

This one-hour class includes both classroom and range time. During the class we'll also discuss equipment requirements including: vests, glasses, gun options, lubricants, and cleaning supplies. Rental guns are available for a discounted fee. Children under 21 are welcome to attend, but we recommend they join us for our monthly "Youth Only" classes, offered on the third Sunday of the month for shooters 18 and younger. We are also offering a "Ladies Only" class on the last Saturday of the month.

Class includes 30 clays per student. Additional clays are charged at member prices.
